Sierra Consulting Services was founded by Michael Snead in 2013 to assist California-based companies in accessing funds available to them through the Employment Training Panel (ETP) agency of the State of California.
ETP provides training reimbursement for California-based companies. Sierra Consulting Services works with clients to access those funds by registering companies with ETP and assisting them through successful pre-application and application processes. Our services include preparing clients for the ETP approval meeting, interacting with ETP personnel, qualifying and enrolling employees, data entry and recordkeeping, and navigating through all ETP guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations. We monitor progress and provide clients with status reports to keep them informed about their progress, keeping them on schedule to get the maximum reimbursement, as well as requesting progress and final payments from ETP on your behalf.
